By using Home Learning Hub ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

Description of Service

Home Learning Hub is a homeschool application designed to assist families with educational planning and organization. The App provides tools and resources to support homeschooling activities.

Age Requirements and Parental Consent

• Account creation is intended for parents, guardians, or adult family members (18+)
• Children may use the app under parental supervision through family accounts
• All educational data is stored in the user's iCloud account, not on our servers

Account Registration

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

Subscription Terms

• Subscription fees are billed in advance
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
• Refunds are handled according to App Store policies
• We reserve the right to modify subscription prices with notice

Educational Disclaimer

Parents and guardians are solely responsible for:

• Ensuring compliance with local homeschool laws and regulations
• Selecting appropriate educational content and methods
• Supervising their children's education

Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Use the App for any illegal purposes
• Share account credentials with others
• Reverse engineer or modify the App
• Upload harmful or inappropriate content
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

Intellectual Property

• The App and its content are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws
• You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without permission
• Any content you create within the App remains your property

Limitation of Liability

Termination
